Pathetic Service

We have always had excellent service from Slindile at Ninos and it is usually a pleasure to eat at the restaurant but the last occasion was rather unpleasant. Slindile of course wasn't our waitress as she had to attend to another station. We knew exactly what to order and placed the order at 11:50. Our order did not arrive to our table by 12:30. Our drinks were left unattended at the beverage station and the waiter repeatedly went to the station for God knows what. I woke up and helped myself to the drinks and got my own cups, saucers and condiments. I asked for a teas**** to stir my tea but was told that there were no teas****s. I went round the corner to speak to the manager about my food and was given a blank stare. the food was lined up on the counter and was served to us cold. Many other patrons were upset and were not attended to. A lady from Richmond was visiting Durban and said she will tell people not to visit Ninos Westwood as she has never ever experienced such poor service. The manager preferred standing and talking to his relative...another manager relieved him when he was sitting to have his lunch.<br> <br> If Slindile was not there we would not support Ninos.
