Not getting what I ordered

Ninos Moses Mabhida stadium store is just terrible. The service is shocking and when we ordered Nacho's they arrived covered in so much jalapeno chilli that they were not even edible. We looked again at the menu and with no mention of the chilli in the description or in the photo of the dish we were still refused an exchange. I really do need to learn my lesson and stop going there. I really wish something better would open at this lovely venue.
