Not a lovely experience

I am sitting in Ninos as I write this. It's got 6 tables out of 35 tables full. So it's virtually empty. We ordered water, tea and cake. We received our tea (without milk), no water and no cake. The tea pot came dirty and had to be replaced. After a while, she asked if everything is still fine. Lol! So we had to ask her again for the cake, asked for milk and told her to leave the water. Also, the gentleman behind the counter must be rich because he kept digging for diamonds. It's pretty gross all in all. Maybe you need to see what you are doing that your restaurant is so quiet.
