Ninos pavillion-Bad management and poor service

I had the most dissapointing at ninos at pavillion-i ordered to pastas as take away and the paper bag where they put the 2 containers of hot n heavy pasta split the paper bag the restaurant placed the food in-i called the manager to advisr him of the poor packaging resulted in the food falling and spilling-the manager indicated that due to the polisterine packaging this would not be possible-never in my life have i heard something so riducoulous-i even sent photographic evidence-i didnt receive an apology or even statement from him saying that they would investigate packaging just that he would contact his head office and contact me by 12 today-well its now 5-42pm and i have received no response. The manager attitude and lack of customer service was absolutely shocking-the fact that he also hung up on me whilst i was talking to him left a lot to be desired-i definetely will not be going to this establishment again!
