Ninos Highveld Mall

I like Ninos for the variety on the menu and some quite unique taste but that particular day the service was horrible and i emailed (below) the head office still have not received any communication from them.

I have a complaint regarding the poor service that i received from Highveld Mall, Witbank Ninos. I went there for lunch on 02/02/2019 and i ordered the Steak Rossini i may get the name wrong but clearly remember the description "...... topped with creamy peri-peri sauce" but thats not how the meal was. I waited for our waiter to come by while i ate the side chips. She finally came by and i told her the sauce was not creamy at all and she was quick to correct me that is how they serve the meal to everyone i asked her to take it back and thats when she called the manager. The manager was suprised i was not happy because yes they dont put the cream sauce they use baberque sauce. I then asked him why was i not informed of these changes when i placed the order he just simply asked me "what do you want me to do? " . I asked him to take it back, after a while he came back with the meal now with cream added and i asked him again to take it back because i was no longer interested (i had already eaten the chips and the way the matter was handled made me loose my appetite). The manager simply shrugged his shoulder and walked away to share the story with other waiters right in front of us. In short, The food took long to be served(50 min after ordering) The order/menu description was wrong The manager did not apologize for the inconvenience or show any remorse The manager went to gossip with waiters (and barista) about us We were billed for the full meal

I have never been sooo disrespected in a restaurant before. The conduct of the manager was shocking, he showed no care at all.
