Half Eaten Burger Pattie

My Husband and I purchased the following meals a breakfast and a burger. my meal was poorly prepared and my husbands meal was pathetic. he opened his burger bun and to his horrific amazement there lying under the trimmings was a half eaten burger pattie. he brought it to the attention of the waitron who asked us to show it to the manager. no apologies given !!!!! the manager was rude and arrogant with no remorse or apology just took the plate and handed it to the kitchen staff. a new burger was made still no explination or apology from her. this was my most pathetic visit ever. so unhygenic and unsanitized!!!! imagine if he had eaten the burger wat germs or sicknessnes would he haver picked up. i need this matter dealt with immediatly.. before i take it any further. today 2015/02/06 i have still being contacting them with no feed back as yet. i want to be re-embersed
