Filthy glasses

Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> Please be advised that I went to your restaurant on Sunday, 25 October 2015 to have breakfast with my daughter.<br> <br> We placed our orders and we also ordered some drinks.<br> <br> The glass that I was given to drink my beer was dirty and I couldn't use it, instead I drank from the bottle. I did not complain.<br> <br> The biggest problem started when I asked for a takeaway glass for my daughter because she did not finished her milk shake.<br> <br> I was given a very dirty glass and not a Ninos branded cup! I showed the cup to the manager. I was then given another cup (a Ninos branded) and that was at least clean.<br> <br> I was very much disappointed with the service as I felt like I am being treated like a *** and I am not. Disgusting service.
