disappointed

i always purchase the ninos deal from groupon and this time decided to try the franchise closer to work to take a colleague out, i was very disappointed indeed. we expected a two course meal but was only told after ordering that we cannot order dessert because the cake machine is broken. so i suggested the waiter give us a slip to come back for the dessert, due to our lunch break being limited to time we had to accept this. today i go in there is no peppermint fridge cake as per the deal and was told to choose any of the desserts available which was quite limited, thinking it was worth the wait i was wrong indeed, the milky bar cake sponge is dry and stale n breaking while the cream on the cake tastes soapy!!!! really disappointed at this.
