Chocolate Milkshake Or Not..?

My daughter and I sat down at the above mentioned eatery to enjoy a nice lunch today, Sat 24 Oct. We ordered some food and chocolate milkshake. The service was decent, however the chocolate milkshake that I ordered was definitely NOT CHOCOLATE. It tasted like a really poor version of a toffee or caramel milkshake. My daughter <br> and I both had a taste and agreed that it wasn't even appealing had it been toffee or caramel! I asked the waiter to make a new one but she insisted that's how their chocolate milkshake tastes. Then I asked her to taste it, so that she could ascertain that it was in fact not anything close to chocolate, but she refused to! I'm extremely disappointed by this incident and will think twice before walking into a Nino's again.
