Bad service

<p>Vistied Ninos @ the Northgate Mall yesterday (20 February 2017) for lunch with my spouse. She ordered the pasta and I ordered a breakfast. The restaurant was not busy at all (I counted about 8 people at the time). Condiments came through with no chilli. Asked the waiter why no chilli and he responded "it is spoilt and they dont have anymore." If we knew this then we would have not ordered the pasta. Also ordered a beer and the waiter brought it through and just left it on the table (did not even ask if he could pour the beer into the glass). Waiter did not seem interested at all. Food arrived and was average. Called the manager on duty and brought my concerns to his attention. He did acknowledge my concerns and advised that he will train his staff better. He apologised for the bad service (considering that the establishment was not busy at all). Overall a negative experience and I will not be visiting this store again.</p>
