Bad experience rectified by Manage on duty

<p>Thank you to Jeff the manager on duty at Ninos Moses Mabida Stadium!</p> <p> </p> <p>I had a bad experience by salt falling all over my breakfast. I had to wait for another 15mins for my breakfast which i did not have a problem with because we are all humans and mistakes happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>However when i did recieve my breakfast after the 15minutes of waiting. There was not cutlery provided to me and the waitress left before i could ask. so i woke been quite hungry at this point in time and took cutlery off another table that was visibly unoccupied. The watron looked at me angrily and said leave that here it is for my table. I am very tolerant of mistakes however being rude is totally unacceptable. I then left the cutlery down and requested another waitress for cutlery. The manager on duty (Jeff) noticed what had happended and approached me to ask what had just happened. He listened to my story and was very apologetci and empathetic to my experience. I appreciate that he took the time to listen to me and resolve the issue. </p> <p> </p> <p>The manager turned my frown into a smile.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Jefff!</p>
