He used the bat for school cricket - 3 practises and 2 matches. The second match he hits a ball and his bat cracks. He was devastated. We returned bat to SW who returned bat to Kookaburra. We were told that Kookaburra will repair bat. We are not happy with this It is only 3 weeks old. I reply to K and SW -please replace or money back. Kookaburra said it wasn't policy. I said I was prepared to take repaired bat but I wanted a letter of guarantee that if the bat breaks again in this year that it will be repaired Surely the bat comes with a year guarantee?. They were going to talk to CEO and get back to me. Then I get a call from the owner (Chris Bryant) who was replying to my complaint letter. I explained the story. He says bat is not covered for yorkers. It wasn't even a yorker that broke the bat. I don't hear back So I phone again. He says it's been repaired and it's on its way back to SW for me to collect. I said sorry I am not accepting a repaired bat. The reply was - well that's your problem. I haven't collected the bat until this is resolved.I need advice as to my rights.;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;525702;357;16;2;0;1;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/02/12 21:40;15/02/12 19:57;Unable to receive SMS's;5,10E+12;;***;My SMS service stopped working on 6 February and all efforts to get it running again has failed. To attempt resolving an issue through the call centre is utter frustration - after questioning you (interogation may be a better word) and having to provide information on I.D. Number, physical and postal address, bank name and type of account, debit order date and anything else they can think of they come up with ridiculous suggestions (as if I have not tried it) like switch the phone OFF and On, or remove the SIM card and battery and re-install. This afternoon in utter desperation I went into a Vodacom service centre and after lengthy tests and discussions with just about everybody that she could think about she declared that there is \something\"" wrong with the SIM card and it had to be replaced. After waiting three hours to be activated I STILL cannot receive SMS's. This causes havoc as I cannot do any internet banking transactions for which I need a one time pin to be send to my phone's inbox. Is there"
