Arrogant Staff

I am a frequent customer of Ninos pavillion and go there weekly for the coffee and cake special but this guy Stephens attitude was very poor as he did not want to give us the speciality cake with the special even though Quinton had done it for us the week before. Even when the manageress said it was ok he kept undermining her and said it cant. I will not walk in there again if I see that arrogant waiter!!! When I asked for his name or badge he ignored me and walked away! Even the manageress agreed that he has a poor attitude.Please get rid of him as he thinks he is doing us a favour!!
