Worst Service Ever!

I have never experienced such bad service from a Product Provider. No feedback, no communication. We have to call in all the time with no feedback. Sent from pillar to post on a daily basis. Provided the wrong forms to complete even when we called in to obtain the correct documents! Couriers delivered original document last week - still now confirmation that it has been received, despite numerous calls to follow up. Apparently one can't speak to the person dealing the matter. Ridiculous!
