Worst Investment Organisation

Just having a look at the current reviews on this platform with reference to Ninety One has come as no surprise. It has been the most frustrating experience of my life. We have been trying to wrap up my late father's estate for over a year and the only thing holding us up is Ninty One. My brother even tried going to their offices to ensure things were correctly filled out only to be told there was no one there that could assist him. I have tried to get an individual contact to assist us and we keep getting pushed back to the general email address. Just last week I have sent 3 emails asking if things are correct and for statements that we have been waiting for almost 14 months and I have not even had an acknowledgement of receipt. The fact that we were looking at leaving the current funds in Ninety One and just change ownership, I honestly feel will be a huge mistake and should rather remove them and invest with an organisation that actually values you. I have no words for this shocking service!
