Useless and unhelpful to a potential client.

I thought I might see what investments they offer. So I go their website. It is baffling and completely uniformative. So I send an email. Seven business day later I get a response - 'go and look at our website'. What a waste of time.

If that is how they treat prospective clients, i can only imaging the dreadful service that customers experience.
