Poor website design for a financial services provider. It is a website designed for nursery school kids, but they too, most probably would rather play video games. I have not seen such an unprofessional website, which is certainly not designed for professional investors. Cumbersome to navigate. The new website cannot even cater for all of the entity's products. One has to navigate to the old website to get other information. That is if you know where to look! The system processes are inadequate, and are not coping with the COVID-19 pandemic. To transact on-line, one needs to sign an authorization letter, which has not yet been updated, to reflect the company's new status. It still shows the picture of the Zebra, further giving an indication, that the company is behind the times. It cannot even create one simple form. In my opinion, the company is in its foetal state. Therefore, it has the opportunity to grow. Hopefully, into a professional adult. I am in the "departure lounge". I will therefore, be unable to see the growth in my life-time. Good luck! Carpe diem.
