PAthetic service from Ninety One
Decided to redeem my unit trust submitted all teh info plus a bank stamped bank statement for proof of banking details. Get an email I need to confirm by phone also - WHY I have no idea ???? FICA is the excuse Phoned three times and every time I get cut off ????? Any nobody has the courtesy to call me back ?????? Pathetic service - Investec was wise to spin them off
