Ninety One: unprofessional handling of IRP5

I had a retirement annuity investment account with Ninety One that I had transferred to another service provider during the last financial year. As of 05 August 2022, Ninety One failed to provide the required details for the tax year ending 28 February 2022. I am completing my tax return for FY2022. All my other service providers have updated the required IRP5 information for SARS efiling except Ninety One.

I requested a copy of my IRP5 from Ninety One and received it today. However, the IRP5 number does not meet the SARS requirements format. This is unprofessional of Ninety One. I have requested a corrected IRP5 from Ninety One and await their response. One would expect Ninety One to be fami**** with the format of IRP5. I am glad that I moved my investments away from Ninety One.

I have rep**** and provided my cellphone number and landline number. I have also sent through an invitation for an online meeting to clarify.
Following on your correspondence where you mention that "Perhaps SARS are looking for the e-filling format but I’m not sure why as it has the same details." It seems you may not fully understand my query which is as follows:

Please note that I am looking for the tax certificate that can be used to report information to SARS as per the SARS directive number ***2 that was issued to Ninety One. Furthermore, the tax certificate number needs to comply with SARS specified format to be able to be captured on efiling.

The tax certificate number should be a minimum of 30 characters.
Also, see SARS hints on the excerpt that was emailed to you and below which says
"The first 10 digits must be the employer PAYE reference number - next four digits must be the transaction year - the next two digits must be the concluding calendar year month of the period of reconciliation. (if it is a bi-annual submission 08 or 02 can be specified.
If it is an annual submission only 02 can be specified).
The remaining characters is a unique combination of Alpha and Numeric characters.

I have also sent you two examples of tax certificates, one from Sygnia and one from Sentinel that can be viewed as examples of tax certificates that have the app**** SARS specified numbering.

Please consider and forward the tax certificate meeting the above-mentioned SARS specifications
