Ninety One - shocking and unhelpful service

Pathetic service. Cannot close the account and withdraw the funds because they messed up. They didn't contact me (or my son to whom the funds belong) to advise of their errors but, conveniently, they remain silent. The problem has still not been resolved. I advise my son to sue them in the Small Claims Court (the amount falls within its jurisdiction). No one in my family will invest with them again.
