Ninety One REQUIRES FICA CONTACT WITH DEAD PERSON!!

We are trying to change the contact person for an account with Ninety One where the previous contact person has died - sent death certificate to Ninety One - and they won't FICA it because they say they need to contact the dead person !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Utterly useless service from the client service dept. - refuse to do anything about their astonishingly stupid admin dept.
