Ninety One - Global Strategy Fund

Over the past two month my dad has been struggling to withdraw his Global Strategy Funds. We never thought that trying to withdraw funds could be this difficult. With every submission of supporting document required to proof ownership, the "administration team" will request another document e.g. SARS stamp on IRP5 (document not issued by SARS). If it is this difficult to get access to funds I am not sure one should invest your savings with Ninety One
