Ninety One bad client service
My tax return is due for Feb22. Ninety One made 2 payments to me in the tax year. One had no tax deducted, the other they deducted a substantial amount of tax from a payment made for this Tax Year. They sent me 2 basic looking IRP5's. My tax number is on the IRP5. They have NOT third party loaded the one where they deducted tax - onto my account on efiling. They uploaded the one where no tax was deducted. So SARS is going to ask me to pay the money to them as they have not recvd it & charge me hefty penalties & interest. Do Ninety One keep your tax money have have withheld - ie not pay over to SARS? maybe SARS needs to do an Audit !!!. I have been unable to get them to load the information... They will have to pay the SARS penalties & Tax Practicioner charges to sort mess out when the S hits the Fan Shame on you Ninety One.
Thank you, we acknowledge your service review and will be in contact with you.

Thank you for taking my call.
As discussed, the query has been resolved and you are now able to submit your SARS tax return.I would like to bring to your attention that the correct tax information was submitted to Easyfile however, SARS are responsible for uploading the tax information from Easyfill to E-Filing which they've subsequently done.
