NINETY NINE NON-SERVICE!

I have ben a Client for 23 years and recently Ninety Nine's IT Department decided to change their Client Website and close down the Existing Website. This has resulted in me losing a Daily Summary that I am dependent upon to handle my Portfolio. I have been unable to find a Human to speak to discuss this and am fed nonsense by Robots who promise to get "someone" to contact me and this NEVER happens! Are there NO longer Directors one can speak to at Ninety Nine? Only "consultants" on emails?
