Ninety Minus One

I am trying to transfer my 4-year-old's TFSA from Ninety One to a different service provider. When I signed up with Ninety One, I used my work email address because, at the time, I was a practicing CFP. Since then, I have left my previous position, and I have tried to do the transfer. I keep being informed by Ninety One that they can't email me to my personal email address. I called Ninety One last week and spoke to Katlego Maphutha and I did a security check and informed her what I wanted to do, and she informed me that the transfer department would assist me. Only for me to get this email from Ninety One:

Good morning Are you the consultant who I spoke to yesterday and who promised to call me back? And who never did ? Who promised to go find out where exactly the process is but never did? Who now sent me an email with absolute no new information in and who ask if I got the request in the other email that they sent which they didn't sent.If this is you than well you are as helpful as everyone else at Ninety One which basically means not helpful at all Kagiso.Ya I got Ninety One Problems And Kagiso is now definitely one.I
have added every Ninety One email I could find on here hoping that someone can complete the simple instruction of:
- Sending me a detailed email informing me where in the process this transfer is.
- What is required to complete the transfer.
- By when will the transfer be completed.

Looking forward to see how you guys get that wrong as well.

Kind regards,
A rather frustrated and annoyed Ninety One Client .

A big thank you for the following consultants of Ninety One and 10X for the BAD service:
- Kagiso Takalo (Ninety One)
- Zoliswa Mzonyane (10X)
- Heinrich Sass (Ninety One)
- Leza van Duyn (10X)
