*********** and deliberately obtuse

This is the worst most *********** financial services I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are not only extremely slow but dribble through different requirements every day some of which are impossible to do - eg my extremely frail 91 year old mother can not use or talk on a phone anymore but, even though I have Power Of Attorney they insist speaking to her - which is impossible. I’m trying to get hold of their CEO as the staff are worse than useless - incompetence is a euphemism.
