If you can't reach your investment company you need to change it.

I am the executor of an estate. I have been trying to reach the Ninety One Unit Trusts department for months now. I cannot reach them on the phone. The head office cannot reach them on the phone. I have sent many emails. I have lodged a complaint with Ninety-One. No answer!

I tried to phone a minute ago and the phone was answered and put down immediately.

Right now I am so frustrated I intend to file a complaint with the Financial Services Board. How they operate their business I don't know.
