Great Service - Stephanie Dourans
Amazing service from Stephanie Dourans. She managed to resolve a query that was being passed from one agent to another without progress. In a single call, Stephanie fixed everything and provided insight that moved my perception from negative and to amazing. Becuase of Stephanie's help I will keep growing my portfolio with Ninety 91.
