DICTATORIAL ATTITUDE OF BIG BUSINESS!
Have had an Investment with Investec originally since 1998. Ninenty One took this over recently. I was everything I required. This year their IT Experts decided to change their website. Suddenly the information that I had utilized perfectly for 23 years was replaced by a new Summary of my Portfolio, which required me to print out 20 (twenty) pages to obtain the same information that was available to me on ONE PAGE! on a DAILY BASIS! In spite of my protests they closed down the ORIGINAL WEBSITE which was perfect for my needs for 23 years, and replaced it! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
