Claims still not paid 18 months after death
It has been 18 months since my parents passed away and my Father’s living annuity and investments have still not been paid over to the Executor. This is holding up finalizing the Estates. Their call centre is most frustrating to deal with, every person tells a different story.

It has clearly come to light that the problem was with the Executor of my Father’s Estate and due to him dragging his feet, the living annuity had unfortunately lost R40000.
