Account Registration

For 3 weeks now I have been trying to register and FICA approve my online account to access investments I had since I was a child. After calling them daily and jumping through every hoop I finally got the account register but it still says FICA non-complaint.

So I continued calling them and gave the info necessary and end up getting the same response: "The admin department will sort it out shortly and reply with and email"

Days later and no email or FICA compliancy and I have to call again...

The best part is I haven't even gotten to adding my backing details and withdrawing the investments. Don't want to know how long that is going to take.
