The price you pay for poor quality

I was so excited for my first Nine West handbag but sadly at about 6 months the zip broke, the ribbing around the bags came off and the leather on the straps starting coming off. I returned my bag to the shop I bought it from at 7 months to which they informed me that Nine West in SA only has a 6 month garantee. Nine West is expensive and you expect good quality for the price you pay . My bag is not even a year old yet and I will be replacing it with something else, probably a cheaper bag from Woolworths that will last longer then a year! pity this site doesn't allow me to upload photos so I can actually show the state of my bag at 11 months! Disappointing guys! Please do something about your quality. Sadly I will no longer buy from Nine West again if this is what I pay for.
