Poor attitude and lack of knowledge

On Sunday 6 March I went to the Sandton City Branch with a photo of a shoe that I had downloaded from the Nine West [URL Removed] The shop assistant said yes, they have the shoe. Great! Then she said \but we don't have them in stock\". In other words, they didn't have the shoe. She then suggested that I buy them online. I asked what the return policy was if they were the wrong size. She didn't know so went to ask the supervisor/manager. This lady came out from the back and said that the online store has nothing to do with Nine West as they buy the shoes from Nine West and sell them on. I was confused and asked her why the website is [URL Removed] She then started on about some site called Runway. I asked again if I could buy shoes from [URL Removed] and was told no I couldn't as they were not for sale.<br> At no time was there an effort made to clarify what I wanted, or to try and source the shoes from another store. I have a gift voucher for Nine West that I cannot use because the shoes I want are apparently not available.<br> For the prices they ask, the service is very much third grade."
