NO SHOES NO REFUND! **** WEBISTE

Nine west outlet - south africa https://www.ninewest-southafrica.net/ ****! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! This is not a south african website. I ordered on 14 August 2023, to then be told my order would take p+/- 4 weeks as coming from overseas! I then cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was first offered 25%! I rejected this offer and asked for my full refund in light of their website misrepresenting that its a south african website! If i had known my shoes would take 4 weeks plus, I would have just bought same from a shop! Nine west then offered the full 100%. To date and now 4 weeks later i do not have the shoes and i do not a refund. I have emailed at least 10 times ansd get told 7-10 working days. Its been 4 weeks! i then get an automated email to phone customer services! what is the difference between email support and phone support! i want my refund!
