Heels break off from a 'quality' shoe

I have grown to understand Nine West as a store that sells quality, comfortable and stylish shoes. So I have more than a few pairs from the store.<br> Imagine my dissapointment when my heel broke off in the middle of a work day in month 10 of owning the shoe. For a work shoe that gets worn in the office and gets worn once a week...that is not great, especially for the prices one pays for these shoes. <br> I limped into the shop with my broken shoe and asked them to have a look at my receipt on the system and a lady called Maryke basically told me they can't help me after 6 month of owning the shoe.<br> I am exttemely dissapointed because I think that as minimum a shoe that costs that much should last you a year and it shows bad workmanship if it does otherwise.<br> I am more sad because I thought I had found lifetime supplier for my shoes but I cannot support a store that doesn't respect me as a customer.
