I bought my daughter a ninewest handbag in January 2015 as a present as she started University sadly the handbag is falling apart.<br> <br> I can not get hold of a head office nr or complaints department for ninewest. :( the hand bag cost R2000.00 and I feel it is unacceptable to pay such a high price and not have a quality handbag.<br>
