Difficulty to secure shoe

Over the past years a general experience with Nine west is that they never want to assist you with Shoe sizes. I have recently purchased a shoe from Nine West that is half a size too big....I was then told that the size was found but they had set it aside for a customer. It was then located in cape town but they are unable to get it here. Honestly, I really love your shoes but sometimes I really don't think that you take your customer needs seriously.
