Bad Service

I purchased a Nine West shoe valued at R1400 in June last years for an interview in jhb which didn't occur, so I saved the shoe for a special occasion. I received a promotion in November 2014 and began using these beautiful heels to work at least once every two weeks only for the heel to break 5 months later. I sent it in for repairs and Nine West initially wanted to charge me R175 to repair it which I refused so they eventually did not charge me for however within the next use the heel broke not even an hour later. I took it back the next time I was available to go to Gateway and two months later I still have not received feedback. Not only was it embarrassing to be in a mall when your heel breaks and I'm panicking looking to purchase a new pair of shoes, but the service I received or should I say haven't received is pathetic. Retailers are always ready to call you to purchase but as soon as there's a problem with the product you don't hear from them at all!!!
