After two weeks the shoe has started peeling away

I bought a pair of black peeptoe shoes from Nine West and after two weeks the inner part has started to wear away. I've sent two emails to Nine West and have not received any feedback . I've never had any shoe peel before . Disappointed that the shoes are so expensive and such poor quality and customer care.
