Theft and untruthful business behavior

This company, who sells Kpop goods and and does printing on clothing has taken money from me in full after confidently advising I will get my goods at the agreed time (as delivery was time sensitive). A month later I have gotten nothing and I have been threatened with lawyers, and she even went as far as to jeopardize my case with the consumers protection offices. Very unprofessional and would not recommend any serious buyers work with her
