Waiting forever to get Camera back from repair.

We gave in a D750 Nikon Camera on 14 November 2015, the Nikon D750 had a shutter manufacturing fault. We got feedback about a week later saying they are awaiting parts. Because we are Photographers, we needed our/a camera to shoot a wedding. Nikon sent us a Loan Camera. First of all they sent a Nikon D610 which is nothing compared to the D750, second of all the camera had no battery, no shutter protector cap. Halfway shooting we noticed dust on the shutter because of the poorly packaged camera. We had to rent a Nikon D750 on our own cost a week later. <br> <br> I drove to Nikon and gave back the loan Camera and specifically asked the lady to tell me when we can expect our camera back. She assured me that they are expecting shipment the next week, and we will get our camera back before the end of the year. I just received an email saying the status on the camera is: Still Awaiting Parts. So the overall experience from Nikon was disappointing. We switched from Canon to Nikon because service is better from Nikon in South Africa, but it seems this could not be more inaccurate. We are doing our first shoot for 2016 in middle January and we will probably have to hire a camera AGAIN.
