Sies, Nikon.
I was very angry today to discover that you had closed down your Cape Town facility without even the courtesy of letting me as a regular Nikon customer know.
Worse, I had just driven 50 km to have my camera image sensors cleaned - only to discover that I had wasted my valuable time and the cost of the journey.
Indeed, I had taken the trouble to phone ahead to ascertain whether the facility was indeed open. The staff who answered my call assured me that it was - without taking the trouble to enquire where I was calling from.
I am an extremely angry and frustrated customer, going away on an overseas trip without the privilege of having my sensors cleaned, and having wasted valuable time and expensive fuel.
