Pathetic and Extremely UNhelpful!!

I took my small Nikon Coolpix camera to Nikon House Midrand. There is a small plastic battery clip that presses the battery down. The clip disappeared about a week ago. So, I thought this would be a simple problem to solve?? I walked into Nikon Midrand and got quite a \non-welcoming"greeting to start with.
