No parts...

<p>Our Nikon D5200 had a dark spot on its sensor. I took it to Nikon and the gentleman who assisted me advised me that the problem can't be fixed and that they don't know what could have caused the problem. The camera is still under warrenty and the part needed replacement. I took the camera in on the 9th of September 2016 and the lady advised me that the part is not in stock.</p> <p>Now please know that I understand that these things happen, but I just don't see how it is acceptable for a company as big as Nikon not to have parts for their own cameras. Not to mention that it should take this long for me to be without my camera, or even a free rental while mine is still under warranty. I feel it also needs to be mentioned that this is not even a unique part as it is used in various Nikon models.</p> <p>All in all for me this is just frustrating and should not be acceptable from a company such as Nikon.</p>
