Great Service Centre

<p>Was on my way to the Kruger just before the April long weekend, and when sorting out my equipment, found that my settings were defaulted. I phoned the service dept and being the ever critical pessimist, was pleasantly surprized by what i received. From the friendly and super helpful girl at the service reception to the technician who so patiently assisited me without batting an eye. I must say, when i read through the Nikon complaints on Hello Peter, i doubt if the complaints were made upon receiving the *********** service they refer to or if those complaints is not merely a typical south african thing, wanting everything for free and not taking proper care of your own equipment, yes, we all make mistakes, but the exceptional service that i received, due to my own fault was truly praise worthy!!! I will never shoot another brand. Go Nikon!!</p>
