EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

<p>I would like to thank Nikon SA for their exceptonal service. While doing a wilidfe workshop at Madikwe, the game ranger accidentally opened the passenger door of the vehicle and my D810 with a 200-400mm lens attached, fell on the ground. The lens broke off the camera, destroying both the lens mount and the body mount. On Monday afternoon I took the broken equipment to Nikon in Centurion, making them aware that I desperately needed their help as I was leaving for overseas this coming Saturday. By Monday evening they sent me a quote, this was accepted first thing on Tuesday morning, and I just picked up the repaired lens and camera today (Thursday) and everything is working perfectly :) Thanks to Nikon SA for such a quick turnaround time and for keeping in constant touch about the pogress of the repairs - Udo Kieslich</p>
