6 messages to call back, not a single call back

Left Gilbert 6 messages to call back. He assured me that he will notify me as soon as a Nikon backpack is in stock. I have spoken to him twice over the phone and left at least 6 messages for him to call me back as he assured me he will assist and get this for me, as it was meant as a gift. Took his word, and almost a month later I am still calling him. When I ask why he has not called me back, he gets all abrupt and defensive. <br> <br> How can such a distinguished brand not know about the terrible service offered by a customer facing individual?
