Denied to exchange a hair piece

Niki Dee Hair care products shop at Norkem Mall, Kempton Park. Buying a hair piece , weave or wig , no reciept, no exchange and no refund allowed at that shop. I bought a hair peice on 30 June 2018@ 18:55 and went back to exchange in 01 July @ 13:00 for a different one. The request was denied. Exchange is only allowed if the product bought is damaged only. You are forced to keep an undesired product.
