Incorrect product and ****

I ordered a pair of Nikes and when i received the pair, 5 weeks later, it arrived without a box and wrapped in a plastic. When opened, the pair sent were not the same ones i chose and paid for. When i contacted them, no apology, no greeting and no explanation of how the return payment will me refunded, response was \You return your order
