Worst return service ever

Nike SA is the worst company you will every have to deal with. Order delivered 22 February, return approved on 12 March. Today is 4 April and still no courier pick up!!! Have made a case with a case number, still nothing is being done. I contact the virtual agent and customer service everyday and nothing gets done. It cannot be returned to a store because the 30 days have passed by now. So they just take your money and you cannot return a shoe that is too small or too large.
